The brand Reef was created in the 1980's by two Argentine brothers Fernando & Santiago Aguerre, to support their active lifestyle. Reefs are casual sandals and flip flops. They eventually moved to California and this is where Reef began! Reef became extremely popular with surfers and beach goers. Reef has now grown into one of the world's leading active sandal manufacturer. After the Reef brand growing significantly they now produce clothing as well as flip flops! Reef launched their womens sandals range in 1998 and 2002, and these are now extremely popular.
