 Sat 13th...0-1ft surf, small surf with light easterly offshore winds first thing this morning. Wind is expected to remain light and change to a north westerly onshore directon later, with no improvement in the surf. Very little surf for the next few days. Great spring day, warm and sunny out of the wind
 Enjoy your surf, stay safe. There are no lifeguards on the beaches until Easter 2010. If you're not sure about the conditions, ask for advice! Ask for advice in the surf, or surf hire shops, also check out the surf schools. If you see someone in difficulty in the sea or on the beach dial 999 and ask for the Coastguard.
