  Thur 2nd Sept...2-3ft clean crisp lines, great shaped waves with light easterly offshore winds first thing. The wind is expected to remain light and blow from an easterly offshore direction for the rest of the day. Great conditions, well defined swell, good fun surf expected all day. Have fun

If there are no lifeguards on the beach of your choice, ask in the surf, or surf hire shops, also check out the surf schools. If you see someone in difficulty in the sea or on the beach and there are no lifeguards, dial 999 and ask for the Coastguard.
